Shipping and Return Policy
Getting your order to you quickly and securely is our priority! This Shipping and Return Policy outlines our shipping methods, timelines, and return process.
Shipping Times
- We aim to get your order shipped within 7-10 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST on Friday will typically ship the following Monday or Tuesday.
- For faster delivery options, we offer Overnight and 2-Day shipping on most small and medium-sized packages for an additional cost. Specific shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
- Please note: Overnight and 2-Day shipping options offered by carriers may have limitations and could be extended by 24 hours, especially for deliveries to residential addresses. This is beyond our control, and airfreight charges will not be refunded in such cases.
- To ensure faster processing for Overnight and 2-Day deliveries, all orders must be received before 11:00 AM PST Monday through Friday. We do not offer Overnight or 2-Day deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If you place an order with expedited shipping over a weekend or holiday, the shipping cycle will begin on the next available business day.
- Once your order has been prepared, you will receive an email notification with the confirmation details along with the tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
- We will ship through your selected delivery method, but please be aware of any shipping delays. We DO NOT guarantee the arrival window of our carrier.
Damaged Shipments
- Inspect your order upon arrival. Notify us immediately of missing, damaged, or incorrect parts.
- Do not accept damaged packages. Have the shipper return them to the sender, or return the order without unboxing the package.
- Contact us immediately if a damaged package is left unattended.
- We are not responsible for missing/damaged/incorrect parts after 14 business days.
- We are not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Claims must be processed through the shipping company.
Return/Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes parts may not be the right fit. Our return policy allows you to easily return most unused items in their original condition.
What can be returned?
- You can return most unused items in their original condition, including packaging, manuals, and any accessories.
- We do not accept returns on special order items, electrical parts (as they are tested before sale), or safety items.
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: To initiate a return, please send us an email with your invoice number, name, email address, phone number, and the part number you wish to return, along with a detailed explanation for the return. If you don’t have your invoice number, include your approximate purchase date and the full name used when placing the order. Do not ship the package back to us without contacting us first.
- Return Authorization (RA): Upon receiving your request, we will review it and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if your return is approved. This RA number will be emailed to you with further instructions. No returns will be accepted without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box.
- Proper Packaging: Carefully repack the item(s) in their original packaging, if possible. Ensure proper packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Unless the return is a direct result of our error (wrong item shipped, damaged item), return shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Processing
- Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your return within 2-3 business days.
- Depending on your original payment method, refunds typically take 10 business days to process and credit back to your account. You will receive a confirmation email once your return is approved and processed.
- Please note: It may take an additional 4-7 business days for your bank to post the credit to your account.
Exchange Policy
Currently, there is no direct exchange method. If you receive an item that has an issue, please contact us by email so we can process a shipping exchange. Shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- Returns are generally for store credit only, not refunds.
- In case we agree to refunds, it is typically processed within 10 business days of receiving your return.
- Once approved, the refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Banks may take an extra 4-7 business days to post the credit.
- We do not offer refunds on special orders, electrical parts, or safety items.
